Anything and everything could be affecting your periods. Are you under stress? Are you eating properly? Both those things can affect you. Anorexic people dont get their periods at all...they stop until their body gets healthy again. Stress can have a terrible affect on the body as well....everything can go haywire. I wouldnt be guessing though, I would be going to see your doctor because there could be a physical problem that needs attention.

Same with me, I'm still a virgin, and my period has skipped two months. I'm always worried ill get during school too. I usually have my period once a month, usually a heavy flow then two days later it turns into a medium flow. I usually get my period to last 5-7 days or 7-9 days. It sucks! But I'm thinking the reason it might have skipped is because I'm pretty skinny, i don't try to be. It's just i smoke cigs. and I don't have a craving to eat, and its genetic. My pappa is really skinny he's 6'3'' and 140 lbs. while me being... 5'7'' and 107 lbs. i used to be 121 lbs. when I worked out at the gym a lot, but then school started up again and now im too busy for working out. I'm on the TSA (technology system associates) i dunno why they call it that, b.c. all I do is take pictures of the games, then I have work. So im always busy, except for the weekends, which im partying on the weekends. So too busy then. Or it could be because I take a lot of pills, I have been perscribed on pills all my life, my liver is partly damaged : /. I quit going to the doctor, demo, etc. cause they never helped. Now im taking herbs and minerals and such. They have so far helped the best! I'm much more satisfied, my liver is clearing up now. I'm stressed out and other things. But I dunno.

If you just recently ( within the past 2 months) started birth control that could do it or the only other thing I could think of is stress! Stress could cause you to have an overactive period or no period at all! Good luck!

You need to get checked out by a gynecologist. You could have a hormone imbalance. Is this the first time you've missed your cycle? I noticed you said "pretty regular" instead of just "regular." Are you under weight? Are you overly athletic?

sometimes that may happen and it is normal but if you are under any kind of stress or aggravation about something then it can happen also. If I was you and this keeps going on I would go to a doctor just to make sure that everything is ok.

Ok that can happen beacuse of;

Stress
Dietary problems , eg anorexia, bulimia or simply poor diet
Too much exercise
Drugs - prescription and recreational

Hello there honey sorry to hear about your problem. Please go along to your doctors and ask them for a scan for maybe you have fibroid in your uterus. Plus ask him to do a blood test as you may have a thyroid problem. You are under stress and some times this will stop your periods so my dear I would go to the doctors and tell them. Please try meditation as it helps allot of people. You take care honey and please let us know how you are????/

go see a gyno NOW!
