Generally during pregnancy they prefer not to give or have the mother take any medications at all. Providing she is otherwise healthy and in no danger of dehydrating, it is best if she simply rests and sleeps. The true flu is caused by a virus, and seldom causes nausea or vomiting. As it is a virus, it is not affected by antibiotics. The only cure is time and plenty of liquids. If the mother is vomiting due to a stomach bug, it is better for her to simply avoid eating food and concentrate on drinking liquids. She can sip water, soda, or juice- and should avoid coffee, tea and milk/dairy products. After 24 hours she should be able to add bland things like breads, rice, bananas and applesauce. If she is unable to retain fluids at any point, she needs to seek medical attention. There are medications that can control the vomiting, but they require a prescription and her OB should know of the problem.
Sometimes nausea and vomiting can be calmed with ginger. She can nibble bits of candied ginger, sip ginger tea, or even flat ginger ale. Ginger is safe and has been used in the orient for thousands of years for stomach ailments, nausea and motion sickness. It is actually very effective in soothing woggy bellies, and is safe for small children.
If she is running a fever, or if there is any possibility of infection, she needs medical attention, and not any sort of remedies you would find here. No matter what you decide to try, if she isn't improving in 24 hours, or if she ever is unable to keep fluids down, she needs medical attention. There are no medications over the counter, or even prescription which are recommended for pregnant women. Some are considered safer than others, but before she takes anything, she needs to discuss it with her doctor.

Just stay hydrated and let your body work through it. If your fever spikes higher than 101 take tylenol. If it goes up to 104 go to the hospital.

But honestly there is no such thing as a "safe" drug partiicularly during pregnancy, some are "safer" but nothing is completely safe.

Not much. Tylenol for aches and fever. Crackers and tums for the stomach. Sorry, you will mostly have to suffer thru.
