damn!! Do you have that kind of money? If they are a regular bank, they will fix this within 48 hours and they will tell you what happened. This happened to me but not for that much. What happened to the money in the accounts at the time? Weird.

Collect all bank statements and confront them until they can give you an explanation on where your money is or how the account has gotten overdrawn. That's a very large amount if they can't give you any answers i would go straight to a lawyer and explain your situation let the bank know also that you will be taking legal ramifications if its not resolved. Are you behind on any taxes?? The Bank will have to give you some sort of answer and if u think its a bunch of bills then its lawyer time..Good Luck :)

2.6 million! wow! I'd think that would be easier to straighten out than a $100 bank error. If you really have that kind of money, the bank manager really wants to keep you as a customer so would jump right on it, I'd think. And if you're a normal person with normal types of balances, the problem should be pretty obvious.

How long has this been going on? I'd plant myself in a chair at the bank at least a few hours before they close and preferably at the start of their day, with my statements for the time period where this happened and any other documentation, insist on speaking to a manager, and refuse to leave until it's straightened out. What are they going to do, call the cops and evict you for tresspassing? I don't think so.

Be polite - tell them gee, there's obviously some major mistake here, and you need them to get it straightened out or explain to you why their numbers are correct.

Come on, do you really expect us to take your question seriously, and do you really expect us to believe that you have that kind of money sitting around in bank accounts? For one thing, IF you really did have that kind of money, you would have it in investments that could make money for you, not sitting around in 3 bank accounts drawing minimal interest (besides most banks are only federally insured for $100,000 per account). Surely you have some cash in your wallet to at least buy groceries with and a credit card or two to pay bills with. Besides, if you really did have that kind of money, I doubt that you would be on Yahoo! Answers asking for advice; you would be consulting your attorney. After all, do you see Donald Trump on here? Come back when you have a legitimate question - not one that is fabricated.

What do you mean I'm out of money,I still have checks. Ever hear of identity theft?Call your accountant as well as your lawyer.Sounds like you could have a problem. However I do find it hard to believe that you have a 7 figure bank account and don't have any credit cards or a credit rating high enough to secure a short term loan. to carry you through this temporary period of financial embarrassment.

always keep cash around the house for emergency purposes. Call the banks and inquire about the overdrawn money, someone must have hacked their system using your account number.

You will go to jail.....so call each bank and talk to the bank manager.

You overdrew your accounts....not the bank!
