Anyone else ready to leave Retail because it wrecks your holidays?

I'm a senior manager for a large retailer and every year I dread 4th quarter more and more.

Thinking of making a change. How about you?

I feel your pain.

After 14 years I called it quits in retail- not because it ruined my Holidays, but because of the endless hours during the 4th quarter, which I guess could be construed to mean the same thing.

Yes, and I'm the customer......I've bought more online this year than ever before now!
