I have a 2005P Roosevelt dime struck on a penny planchet, can anyone tell me anything about it?

Just want to know if anyone has heard of this or might know an approximate value of something like this. Any information would be helpful and appreciated. THANK YOU!!!

Since a cent blank will not fit into the Roosevelt dime collar, it means a dime die was put into the cent press. This seems unlikely. However I am not an error coin expert. Ken Potter on the other hand is. so try [e-mail]. He will probably need a scan of it-both sides.
