photosynthesis is where plants use water and carbon dioxide to make glucose (energy) and oxygen. For this to happen there needs to be light and chlorophyll (green pigment in plants) present.

The equation for this is
6H2O + 6CO2 = C6H12O6 + 6O2

Cell respiration is where glucose is broken down in the mitochondria of the body cells to produce energy.

The equation for this is
C6H12O6 + 6O2 = 6CO2 + 6H2O + energy

if these are no good you could check out the bbc bitesize websites:

or type into google 'define: photosynthesis' or whatever

:)

Yes, someone can. I would suggest locating a botanist to pose this question too or a biology teacher. If I were you, I would try calling a local public gardens in your area to locate a botanist. High schools and colleges would be my choice for a teacher in that field. Since I am neither of these, my personal knowledge on this would probably rate somewhere with yours.

decrease back after I took cellular biology sure, now type off. Photosythesis is the skill autotrophic organisms use to guard image voltaic capacity interior this kind of glucose. cellular respiration, in spite of the indisputable fact that, is the skill by technique of which this saved capacity is released. The equations are exacty backwards of one yet another. Photosythesis calls for carbon dioxide and water, contained in the presence of image voltaic, and ends up in oxygen and glucose. cellular respiration calls for oxygen and glucose, and varieties the products of carbon dioxide, water, and ATP (capacity).
