dear sprinkle, i did not admit that i bid on his items out or revenge, i was genuine when i brought from him.
he was the one who brought 2 but it now items from me as an act of revenge just to leave me with negative feedback
i would have sorted things out with him through the mutual feedback removal, only he became aggressive and obusive with me.
i fought back so perhaps that was wrong but the things he has written is so hurtfull.
the bit where he says "i hope she has no kids..."
i was told just over a month ago i would never be able to have kids, and i'd been trying for 4 years.
he is acitng out of spite and vengance.
i am nromally a very forgiving and laid back person but this guy is .......
i dunno if there is a word that would explain it properly.
many thanks for your opinion anyway.
all is valued.
kind regards

It's possible e-mailing abuse@ebay.com could get you somewhere, though that's unlikely.

I looked up his ID on Ebay, and think I got your ebay ID as a result.
It appears from feedback, that you made a mistake while buying item from him. Perhaps he was unreasonable in his response.
This should have been the only problem, but both of you accelerated the problem by apparently buying, and not paying from each other.
After the initial problem, you should have ceased trading with this person.
I trust eBay's complaint service, but you are no more in the right, than he is, you have at least admitted why you bid on his other item, for revenge.
Don't worry about it, no matter how many times he gives you a negative feedback, he can only ever give you one negative according to your ebay score.
Any Ebay customers can see you, and he had a problem with each other, as all those negative comments came from one person.

File a complaint with your local police ,file a report, they will investigate the problem and arrest him if warranted. It it is just a feedback problem,or a problem that you sold him something that broke or a remedy could not be fixed then that would be up to you to resolve the issue.
The only way someone could sabotage your account would be to leave bad feedback or steal your password. Put him on your banned bidder list,so he does not buy anything else off of you.If he didn't pay for insurance on his item, then it is his loss,or if you want to save your feedback rating and pay for his losses that is up to you to save face on your feedback rating.
After reading your previous question this user has violated Ebay's recent policy on charging too much for shipping. He is violation of Ebay's policies and i would ask ebay to remove your negative feedback from this user.
Ebay changed their policy about seller's selling things for a penny and charging 30 dollars for shipping. He is in violation.
For immediate response go to your home page on ebay, click on LIVE HELP..you will get help immediately with a LIVE person..I have done it many times..and it has worked and have received money credits in my account using this process also.

There is only a number for power sellers and you can not get it from live help unless you have a power seller's account. They won't even help you on the phone until they confirm you do.
You have to go to trust and safety on the Site Map and file a complaint. I have used it many times and they usually do get back to you within 48 hours. If you need help go to Ebay Live on the home page.

To contact eBay’s Customer Support to ask a question or report an issue:
1.Click the Contact Us link on the left side of any page in the eBay Help system.
2.On the Contact Us page, select the topic that most closely represents your question or concern, and click the Continue button.
3.Select the subtopics in each of the boxes, and click the Continue button.
4.Click the “Email” link. The subject line in the Web form is updated with your selections.
5.Type your question or concern, providing as much detail as you can.
6.Complete any other requested information.
7.To send yourself a copy of the email, select the Send a copy to my email address check box.
8.Click the Send button. Your email is sent. eBay will usually respond in about 24 to 48 hours.

If you have his email, you can first of all ask his ISP for help in tracing him (that is if he is not using a proxy).. then you can ask the police to pursue the matter further.. do not complain to the ebay forums.. but every seller and purchaser on ebay has a id and next to that id is a place where you can give positive or negative comments.. check them first before you make future purchases

Go to the main page of Ebay - look to your right you will see a little yellow gold balloon sort of icon with a black question mark inside "Ebay Live Help" click on this and a window will pop up. You may have to wait some minutes as they are busier on weekends but eventually someone will come on the line and you can tell them your plight. Have ready: your Ebay ID, the offender's Ebay ID and the auction (if any) you are wanting to discuss.
They are probably going to turn you over to Ebay's fraud division and someone will have to call you from Ebay but you have to start on Live Help.

eBay is pure evil. They won't do anything. All you can do is leave negative feedback in return and then both agree to remove it.
Next time, I'd suggest you go buy your novelty rubbers/erasers/etc. at a real shop, and also think twice about whether you want to post accusations like that at a site like this.
