which game piece is the hard one to get to win the McDonald's Monopoly game? B&O Railroad.?

To me the hardest one to get was shortline,i had the other three.
And i live in Georgia.

It's shortline and I don't believe it actually exists. I have never heard of anyone winning any money prizes from McDonalds Monopoloy.
