cabin in the mountains near a lake. that is my dream setting. snow in winter, beautifull scenery and the lake in the summer. plus who can resist a warm rug beside a roaring hot log fire. so romantic, its my dream place

Cottage by the sea because if I had the little cabin in the mountains, how would I get down to do my daily chores OFF the mountain?

Cottage by the sea because I love the ocean primarily. But on practical level it's likely not as cold as a mountain cabin, there would be more activities I enjoy (swimming, fishing etc) and the real estate would probably be worth more!! But seriously, it's what I've always wanted and will never have.

A cottage by the sea... I want to go to sleep with the sound of the waves in my mind and wake up with the sounds of the waves in my mind... Also, I think the sunset and the sunrise would be breath taking! However, I don't know about living by the sea... I'd rather live by a small body of water that isn't very popular and not visited by many other people... my own little water hole! :-)

Cabin because I love nature and my family used to own a mountain cabin. We had to sell it because it was getting too expensive to keep. I miss it so much. I hope to buy a mountain cabin when I'm older.
