where can I purchase a copy of the Rachel Hale Family Organiser? It has christmas card lists, etc, inside.?

This organiser has a pink front cover which has cute kittens on, but I believe there is also one available with puppies on. It is the fact that it has a useful Christmas Card and Present list at the back. I have been unable to locate a copy anywhere. Thanks for any help you can give.
