655,000 dead Iraqi, 3000 dead Americans, many, many more wounded on both sides and disfigured forever all for a war based on a lie. The crimes of these two men are incomprehensible and need to be atoned.

Probably never, unless they'll lose a major war or something. Victors don't get prosecuted. But in an ideal world, they should stand a trial for their war crimes just as any other power-crazed warmonger.
