the 50's baby boomers beCAME THE HIPPIES. bY THE 80'S THEY HAD GONE TO LAW SCHOOL AND REPLACED THEIR tie dyes with suits, their bongs with cell phones and catch phrases and power statement. Yuppie is a term for mindless zomby like business man. I think being a yuppie is a bad thing. I think it lacks individuality. I also think that they are so interested in profit that they are ruining the world by putting people out of work and using child labour. But that is just my opinion.
