It's pressure produced by the impingement of electromagnetic radiation on a surface. As stated in the ref., it's the "force due to the momentum given up during the interaction of waves with matter ... , or using quantum jargon, by photons hitting a target." It's actually a rather weak effect when you consider the radiated energy in the beam. The ref. has much excellent info on it's source, effects and computation.
