Cheney is in charge of those things which come under his responsibility as vice president.. he doesn't have time for much more. He does remain one of the chief advisers.. Perhaps if you studied a bit of governmental functions, you wouldn't have to think so much and would have some facts in hand. Thinking and emotions are not too far apart. Emotions do not allow clear thinking.

I don't know how many, but those who do think so know absolutly nothing about our government and are totall ignorant of any facts...
But, then again, I guess we do need these mindless airheads to make the world interesting....
