Cheney is in charge of those things which come under his responsibility as vice president.. he doesn't have time for much more. He does remain one of the chief advisers.. Perhaps if you studied a bit of governmental functions, you wouldn't have to think so much and would have some facts in hand. Thinking and emotions are not too far apart. Emotions do not allow clear thinking.
