You seem to me as not being concerned about having an uneven skintone but, not being happy about your skin color in general. You really need to readjust your thinking on being dark-skinned. Nobody can choose what skin color, eye color, hair color, or height they will become. What is really important is what type of personality we could develop that would show honor to the Most High God, Jehovah. So, you would need to learn to love yourself no matter how you look. Be glad that you have your senses, you are able to use your limbs, etc., etc. You seem to me that you are a teen that is easily influence by peers. Some things that people can say to you could either be depressing or uplifting. Please, talk with your parents on how you feel about things and perhaps they could help you get a more positive outlook on life. I hope that I gave you you some encouragement to stop finding fault with yourself, but to find the good in you that could contribute to society. By the way, did you look at my avatar? My skin color is darker than yours. And, I love myself, thinking that I am not better than anyone else, nor are they better than me. May peace be unto you.

Stay out of the sun, and wear long sleeves and a hat when out, also sunscreen.
But you should be proud of your skin and who you are,at any skin tone you can still be beautiful!

Certain foundations and sprays can make you skin look lighter. Also, staying out of direct sunlight, and wearing dark colored clothes and make up can make your skin look lighter too.

I wouldn't do that. Just accept your skin color as it is.
