U can belive both as the both knows U but U can belive The friends who are keen in U R life so be have a more belief on U R friends than U R relatives because friends are ther to share all U R feelings U cannot share with the relatives.

it is depend on ones condition, so can't say you do this n not that. but normally relatives r more believe able. yet i think, u need not any more believe able, believe yourself is the most important to u.

I think u should believe ur relatives more than u belive ur friends, coz ur friends may cheat but ur relatives wont.

relatives i would believe more, but its depending on the closeness and trust that your family has...if there is none whatso ever then sometimes its best to believe your friends.
