I'm a Brit, so I only get so see occasional episodes of the show. Love it, but had one question that maybe more regular viewers could help me with. I've seen a lot of families with a strong Christian core on the show, which is cool, but have they ever done makeovers for families with a strong Muslim core? Or Pagan core? Do they include gay or lesbian families, ever? Just asking cos I've never seen any - not trying to ignite a debate on the rightness or wrongness of any of it. Just curious.

Im a new yorker, so yeah i've seen quite a few of the episodes. I know that they've done quite a few episodes with muslim families, and im pretty sure there was one with a pagan family. But i definitely remember one with this crazy goth family, who like...was in love with dark Satanic stuff. And no, i don't think that they've done any homosexual families yet, even though the original cast had a gay dude on it. But the Muslim episode had a Sheik or w/e they're called and his family.

Yes, I remember seeing a Hindu family getting a makeover. The father was a Hindu Minister/ Preacher (sorry, not sure of correct term)

They have done done some faamilies with a muslim core and it is a great show.

yeah they have done one with muslim and some other ones. cant remember. hey, my boyfriend is a brit!

They did the American Indian one which was fantastic.
