I don't like anything about aol's messenger, I haven't even bothered to have it for years. I've only got one friend that has a s/n for it as far as I know.
Yahoo and MSN are tied for me. They both have their good points and bad points. I probably use Yahoo more, just because more of my friends have that.
MSN has a better variety of flash avatars and 'audibles', but you have to pay for them which I don't like. MSN's big plus for me is the custom emoticons. The other thing about MSN I like is that the window itself is customizable with backgrounds.
Yahoo has better font options. You can make your font nicer or not a default color without using extra plugins(Live messenger may do this, I'm still using MSN 7.5). Yahoo also has chat rooms through messenger, which is a plus. The only drawback there is you almost HAVE to have ytunnel pro to be able to chat between the spam bots.
MSN and Yahoo both have their uses for me. I can't really say I prefer one over the other. I just flat refuse to use AOL.

Hugs Scooter. the way issues are goin i'm more effective prone to 2 soup cans and a length of string. It not in any respect appeared easy as a baby to be 10 ft away, yelling right into a soup can, "Can Ya hear Me Now?" Sleep sweet. Dallas

yahoo has better emotions and more working time !
but i like MSN messenger and msn services !
but all my friends use Y! and i have to use it .

I dont like msn messenger, but most of my friends use it , so I use it most too.
in personally , I like yahoo! messenger, cuz the pretty interface and cute emotions.
