And where did all the reconstruction money went?? No more than 4 hrs electricity , even in capital , Baghdad. No safe drinking water. What kind of a reconstruction was going on?? Do you think if the Dems won , they could start investigation in to irregularities??

to shutup: Why can't they do something about 'insurgents' blowing things up?? Not possible eh??
Why are there 'insurgents'?? In essence , can we say Incompetence of the US govt?? ( i am not talking about the military here. they do what they are told. in doing so losing their slodiers a lot )

Because it is the only department that has actually achieved anything successful in iraq,unfortunately that is the problem for the bush team.

get the army builders out, put the seabees in building and we'd bypass all of this beurocratic garbage. the army will wait until they can find the part or whatever they need and then order it through all the paper work and 3 months later get the thing. a seabee will know where the part is and if he doesn't have it on hand, he will have ways to get it within the week. and be more cost effective about it. i mean come on, their motto is "Can do!" of course they can!
