restart pc and tap delete key it will go if theres not a problem with keyboard or ram

Sometimes you need to press on it at a specific time. On mine if I press as soon as it shows the message, nothing happens (like yours).

I just have to wait for it to detect the hard disks and then it takes it. So my best advice would be to keep pressing it repeatedly until you find out at what point it accepts it.

Don't just hit once, keep tapping away till the bios screen shows up.

Try hitting F8 several times quickly as the system boots. This should let you in to change your configurations.
