A flute can be difficult, but rewarding, just like any other instrument. I play brass and keyboard. Seek your instructor for extra help if needed. Good Luck!

I sing and play guitar. I'm not a flute player, but don't you have a teacher? And you know the old saying-How do I get to Carneigie Hall? Practice!

Practice scales and finger placements, once you have them memorized, this will help a lot. Practice simple songs in different time signatures, like 2-4, 2-2 or 3-4. Practice, practice, practice!!!
Hope this helps!

just keep practicing, take private lessons, and dont give up. Mastering any instrument just takes continuous practice.
