You body is trying to tell you something, you aren't getting enough restful sleep. How many hours are you getting? The average person needs between 7-9 as an adult. If you are a teen, you require even more 8-12 hours.
Do you drink, do drugs? Eat poorly? If so, this affects how you feel. I suggest you take stock of your lifestyle and see where changes can be made. Then, see the difference in your sleep habits.

Ice. Put a little mini freezer next to you and as soon as try to wake up just reach for some ice and wake yourself up with it.
Also- seriously- an air horn. If you press that instead of your snooz button you'll be awake, trust me.

Go to bed earlier, move your alarm away from the bed so you have to get up to switch it off.
Put it on alarm and not on music.

Depending on your age, you should get the right amount of sleep then you shouldn't have a problem getting up. Your biological clock should get you up when your body is rested enough.
