It doesn't matter what you pick, but I find that in today's day and age of passwords for everything, I try to stay consistent using a standard password and something that is not typically used, like your favorite grocery store spelled backwards.

I like to use Alpha Numeric passwords. Never use your birth date and if you do, rearrange the numbers so its not obvious. I also do funky things like use the maiden names of my grand mothers, not my mother. However, its best not to use information specific to yourself ... use the info of a family member, a friend or even your spouse.

well i just use the one i can remember. it came about when i was in 2nd yr (8th grade) i was in computer calss and had to make up a password. at the time i fancied this guy called raymond and me and my friend called him a certain nickname. so he walked passed the window and i used his nickname as a password
