It depends on what they need me for. If someone tells me that they need me in their life and they don't know what they would do without me......that's a great feeling. If someone tells me that they need me to come over and do their laundry, clean their house, do their shopping, or mow their lawn, wash their car, that's another feeling.

It depends on whether their request is reasonable but if they are asking for something that will overwhelm my energy, schedule, or emotions then I just tell them that they are expecting too much! They don't agree then too bad for them. Anyone who puts your health or life goals in jeopardy isn't worth your time!
