I liked the movie & did not think it was dumb. I can imagine Jesus with a wife & child, after all he was human wasn't he?......
Are you Catholic by any chance?
Did you ever see Dogma? It was on the same line except it talked about being desendent of Jesus through his half brothers. I liked that movie too.

I had read the book and loved it. I had saw the film and felt very disappointed. Tom Hanks was a horrible Langdon. He looked nothing like Langdon, and didn't play him very well. I wasn't impressed with his acting in this film. The film just seemed like it didn't follow the book in the whole look and feel area.
P.S.- It's "dumb" not dume. Just thought you should know.

Not so good if you've read the book (and maybe even if you haven't read the book). In the movie you keep waiting for any real action to take place - but it doesn't feel like it ever really happens. Very heavy in dialog and explanations - boring.

The book was excellent, The movie sucked.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THE WORD "DUMB", Spell it correctly. Maybe if you read more, your spelling may improve.
