She most likely will. As has been said several times already, if you are not, HELP her out, pitch in and take on more chores around the house. If you are like me and just not able to do the diaper thing, do the dishes, mop the floor, or so on.
If you are helping out more than before...
give her time & space. DO NOT push it. MOST of all be supportive of her, she has just been through a hell of an ordeal. it may have been 3 months ago, but she carried the child for 9 months. things take time. She is older now than with the first child. I don't know how old she is, but if you are getting older she may be feeling that reality after this birth.
BE THERE FOR HER!

Let's hope she does for HER sake. Consider this, though. When she had one, the babe would go to sleep and she was just herself again with time to do things she needed. Now she probably has a young child needing her all the time AND a newborn. Soon after my second, I felt like I had my little daughter pulling on my clothes all day while dealing with a crying newborn (he had chronic ear infections the first two months). The last thing I wanted was more hands on me when my husband got home from work. It just took a couple of months to adjust and he learned to be more romantic. You could try doing sweet and romantic things for her without the "pawing" at her. I don't know if that's the problem, but I hope it helps. Also, try a babysitter - someone your wife trusts and have her watch the kids for the purpose of hanging out with your wife. Do something just for her like her favorite dessert or little gifts or make her laugh.

Are you helping with the late night feedings and the diaper changing and so on? If not she's probably exhausted. Help out, if already doing it, help out more, let her regain her strength and energy.
If she's afraid of getting pregnant again, then use tell her you will use something.

She will come around. Make her feel special and be romantic. It will be busy around the house but still let her know that she is the love of her life. When she is healed I am sure she will let you know.

I would suggest though that you ask "Jehovah" to let your wife know the following:

You need her and that you ache for her touch and that you miss being inside her and that you love her and that you look forward to her touching you in your special places.
