The fear of being abandoned (or of death in general) is a genuine and normal thing: no one would like to experience it. But if that fear is constantly there, and cripples your daily life, it has grown out of reasonable proportions. Not only you suffer from it, I guess your loved ones will have a hard time too, if you keep checking on them every day to find out if they are still alive.. And having a bad mood is not making anyone any happier...
So I think you should do something about it. And I know it's hard to change that line of thinking and the anxiety all by yourself (or else you would have done that already). I am sure you already "know" your fears are not very realistic, but that does not make the fear go away. The emotions apparently are stronger than reasoning. The balance between reason and emotions is a bit out of order in this respect. Don't worry, it happens to many people, and it can be changed.

I suggest you see some psychiatrist or get some therapy. It's not a severe mental problem, and a professional therapist can help you.
Good luck!

Enjoy the time you have with your loved ones. Try not the think too much - especially of death. When it comes it comes. Take it from me, you could spend your whole life thinking about what could happen rather than making good things happen. Smile, do something just for you, generally do things that make you happy.

If these moods get worse then see a doctor. If you are religious then speak to someone from your faith who may be able to help you - but don't be alone, nobody needs to go through life alone, no matter who you are.

Don't be sad about what might happen. We are all born into this world knowing that our loved ones will die. And one day, we all have to face that. We cannot stop living on what we might lose tomorrow. I have just got to that point.... I have stopped living like my dad is going to die today. I don't know if we have an hour with him, a day, a week or a month.. he has already lived longer than the doctors say.. If I could ease your fears I would.. but I am so scared too. Not knowing what I will do when he is gone. but I have stopped living every day of my life like it is going to be today.. we must do that in order to function...

It's normal to worry about losing your loved ones to death. However, if that worry is affecting your life ... to the point that you're sad all the time or if those thoughts are putting you in a bad mood ... then it's time to get help.

You don't say how old you are ... if you're in school, please talk with your parents or a trusted teacher or counselor about these worries. If you're an adult, consider talking with a therapist. It's not a bad thing ... sometimes we just need to talk these issues out with people who are *trained* to give us good advice.

You don't have to live your life in fear ...

Everything living is always moving. You let go of the body but remember the person. as long as you hold them in your heart they will be with you.
Funny thing is that the people I've lost in my life are with me more now than when they were alive, I think and talk to my Father every day,
And in the end all we have are our memory's.

don't act like they might die soon. just have fun with the people and don't sweat it. and when they die just remember that the are going to a better place to be with their Father and the other people that have left them. don't do anything that will quicken you seeing them but do live each day to the fullest and always remember when it ends you will see them again and you also will be in Heaven.

No problem.
I've been there and I have been able to go on.
A lot of people in the world are depressed.

Check with your doctor.
My wife and I both had problems, got medication, and are living
happy lives.
It doesn't freak you out, it just helps you.

I would say, pray about it. Talk to others about your feelings. I have had the same feelings, but I understand that we all will go sometime

Rely on Jesus Christ. He lives forever. You can enjoy people in your life for a time, but only Jesus will never leave you

sounds like you are experiancing anxiety, and I would talk to someone, and possibly emtertain the thought of anxiety meds, but talk with your doctor first.
