Lock him up with only Tony Blair for company. Having to listen to him without respite is appauling torture I know and probably would be against the Geneva convention but ... what the heck!

1. Find a Kurdish village.
2. Build a compound in it with a very secure fence.
3. Place all the women of the village in the compound.
4. Ensure that said women have with them any household implements they want to bring.
5. Place Saddam in compound.
6. Wait for 2 hours.
7. Find group of people with very strong stomachs to clean up.

I think death would be too good for him. He is not worth it. He should be slowly tortured. My first suggestion would be to cover him in honey and hold him down in a red ant bed. Those darn blisters hurt. Then I would slowly pick out his nose hair one at a time. No really he should be made to feel a lot of pain like he caused everyone else. Death is only the easy way out for him and he will be lucky if hanging is his way out. Great question

Well because he was a president we must Honor him and give him a chance to chose one of three options:
1. The first one is to enter a cage with an African tiger, who was starved during 5 days
2. The second option is to enter a room with a cobra
3. The third option is to enter a room whose walls are transparent together with 100 homosexual men, who did not make sex for six months.
And the rules are that If he does not make a choice, he will do all three options starting from third option.

let him govern Iraq again as both America and Britain found out it is a difficult , if not impossible , task to strike the right balance to keep all the iraqi to live peacefully together.
