try green instead, that for sure will lighten up and give you some lift.

I have the exact same problem.....but I've found using pinks, greens, purples, and blues with black mascara work wayy better. I love Jane EyeSlicks...they work all of the time and go on really smoothly. You can buy them at any drugstore. They have about 9 colors and you could use the silvers and all of the other colors except for the really dark ones. it does look gothic, doesn't it?

Alot of people suggest shades of brown for people with your eye color, but they really don't know the half of it. If you have a daring style, A sparkly blue eyeliner would look hot, espesially just worn alone, w/o mascara. If you prefer the natural look, I really think lighter shades of pink&peach would look good, and would make your blueish eyes pop. Wear with brown lengthing mascara. You can buy Maybelline Shimmery Coral at any basic drugstore, like Wal*Mart.

Try gold. Blues aren't so good with blue eyes because they can make your eyes look dull. If you remember back when you had art class in school, orange is across from blue in the color wheel (making it a complimentary color), so it makes blue "pop." It will also work with your skin tone.

The plum colors are the best. With a little pink in the enter corners, and at the arch of the brow.

Almay makes eyeshadows for what ever color your eyes are and it works really nicely.. try that or go to a department store makeup counter and get a consulatation from one of the makeup ladies... that is their job

blue eye shadow brings out your eyes, but if you have pale skin, pastel colors may make you look washed out. On www.marykay.com you get to pick a model that looks like you and try on products to see what they would look like on your skin tone, eye color ect.
Good Luck!
