since ur only 14 im gonna have to tell u to ask ur guardian if you can some paracetemol. also if ur goin to school 2moro u cant really have a hot water bottle on ur stomach all day. wot u can do however is go to ur local supermarket and u can get heat patches that stick to the outside of ur pants and help relieve ur cramps. theyre really good coz u cant notice them and they stay warm for bout 8 hours. i used them all the time at school and they were great. hope it helps sweetie

Since you are only 14 the safest, but strongest thing you should take is Mydol 500mg. This is what I have my daughter take. If you are having cramps tomorrow, before you go to school ask your mother to write a letter to your P.E. teacher to allow you to just do stretches for that day. When you are going through your first couple of days of your menstral period it is good to do alot of stretches. This helps with your cramps and helps release the liquids in your system that you need to!

I used to suffer terribly with cramps and the only remedy I found any good was Nurofen. Speak to your mum about getting you some. I find just two tablets at the start of a period is sometimes all you need.

If your mother say so, you can take:
Advil
Tylenol

But don't take any unless she approves.

Please ask your mother so she doesn't try to sue any of us for giving a minor medical advice.
