no because i dont drive im only 13 but in some states its illegal

I try to avoid it as much as possible, but I do on occasion, so YES & 36.
The part that bothers me about the whole issue is close to 80% of the police officers I see while drivng are talking on their phones!

once i have tried,but it has disturbe my concentration to drive so now i will never use and also advise all my friend not use cell phone when they are on drive. my age is 36 years and i have a scorpio.
