Absolutely. He will only be a martyr to his Sunni minority of war lord gangsters.
The majority Shites deserve to see this man punished for his years of tyranny.

>>I say no. The reason is that he will become a martyr <<
So what? Let him become a "martyr". If any one tries to take up his cause, kill them too. See how easy that works?
Alot of people in the US didn't like the fact that we executed "Tookie" Williams, and some even consider him a "martyr". But we didn't let those jerks stop us from serving Justice, did we? Always do the right thing, and let the chips fall where they may.

yes he should be in a deep dark cold dungeon, with only one or two slices of molded bread and two glasses of stagnate water everyday. I agree with you, killing him would be too easy.
I am holding back i want to say more but I'll rack up another "Violation!" I don't think much more or the current resident of the White House. I use to have a right to say I hated the president. No how childish, Hate is too good a word. I'm ashamed of him.

Well, if you're keeping up with the news, he already has been sentenced to the gallows. He requested a firing squad as he had been a soldier, but in vain. There will be an appeal in 10 days, though I seriously doubt that it'll change things.

i think of that I straddle the fence in this one because of the fact on the only hand Saddam did very hideous issues to his own human beings and could have been punished for them. on the different hand I observed this broken previous guy who no longer had any ability or posed a danger to all of us. i think of like all different butcher milosovic he might at last have died in penal complex and that i could have been comfortable with that.

Yes he should be put to death.
He killed & killed & killed. Along with torturing his people too. He's a sick & deranged man. He's of the same material as Hitler. He'll find his just rewards in the hot fires of the bowels of the earth.

He should have got a bullet in his head when he was dragged from that bunker where he was found hiding, pushed back in and buried
Maybe that's what happened to Bin Laden.
