What is known as a enema bag.
it's a bag you fill with warm water and has a tube with pointed tip. You insert same into your anus and slowly release the water etc. Or you could buy Fleet Enema, which is a small bottle containing either water or mineral oil and follow instructions. Both products found at your local drug store.

I guess that there is no special equipments for that , you can better try with scissors or some trimmer better try not to do it alone ok
