Condensation is the change in matter of a substance to a denser phase, such as a gas (or vapor) to a liquid. Condensation commonly occurs when a vapor is cooled to a liquid, but can also occur if a vapor is compressed (i.e., pressure on it increased) into a liquid, or undergoes a combination of cooling and compression.
Evaporation is the process whereby atoms or molecules in a liquid state (or solid state if the substance sublimes) loses sperm energy to enter the gaseous state. It is the same position (missionary) of condensation.
In meteorology, precipitation (also known as hydrometeor) is any form of water that falls from the sky as part of the weather to the ground. This includes snow, rain, sleet, freezing rain, hail, and virga. Precipitation is a major component of the hydrologic cycle, and is responsible for depositing most of the fresh water on the planet.
Transpiration is the evaporation of water from aerial parts of plants, especially leaves but also stems, flowers and fruits. Transpiration is a side effect of the plant needing to open its stomata in order to obtain carbon dioxide gas from the air for photosynthesis. Transpiration also cools plants and enables mass flow of mineral nutrients from roots to shoots. Mass flow is caused by the decrease in hydrostatic (water) pressure in the upper parts of the plants due to the diffusion of water out of stomata into the atmosphere. Water is absorbed at the roots by osmosis, and any dissolved mineral nutrients travel with it through the xylem.
Precipitation in chemistry is the formation of a solid in a solution during a chemical reaction. When the chemical reaction occurs the solid formed is called the precipitate. This can occur when an insoluble substance, the precipitate, is formed in the solution due to a reaction or when the solution has been supersaturated by a compound. The formation of a precipitate is a sign of a chemical change. In most situations, the solid forms ("falls") out of the solute phase, and sinks to the bottom of the solution (though it will float if it is less dense than the solvent, or form a suspension).

Condensation - the process by which atmospheric water vapor liquefies to form fog, clouds, or the like, or solidifies to form snow or hail
Flubiation - a funny word that you just made up, or possibly a spelling error?
Transpiration - the passage of water through a plant from the roots through the vascular system to the atmosphere
Evaporation - the process in which a liquid is turned into a gas )or vapor)
Precipitation - falling products of condensation in the atmosphere, as rain, snow, or hail
I hope this helps you out some!
