Depends on what your interests are. If you're interested in Networking, CCNA and other Cisco certifications have good value. If you're interested in System Administration and/or Linux go for something like RHCE. Microsoft has a certification programme called MCSE. Similarly Oracle and SUN have their own certification programmes.
However, these certifications might be a bit expensive.

CompTIA (Computer Technology Industry Association) certifications - if you've got a degree, you'll have no trouble collecting CompTIA certifications like stamps!
