evertime i plug in my hp 2175 to my usb port i get this error?

you probably have a hub and a couple of devices like mice and keyboards on there, remove a couple of devices and try again or buy a powered USB hub and use that.

your printer is either sending power back thru the usb or the usb itsself is having issues you need to take it to the local shop and have it looked at if they whisk it away to the back romm tell them you've changed your mind and find somewhere elce a good shop will let you sit and watch and ask questions
