How well will the processor perform with Window Vista? Are there going to have newer version of processors coming out right after Window Vista is officially release?

Totally. And yes, new versions come out every six months or so, per Moore's law.

they always have new processors coming out. They have the kentsfield on the market right now, but it performs only as well as the core2duo. It also costs like 1000. The core2duo is THE BEST processor on the market right now. It works wonders on both desktop and notebook.

The two are unrelated. Manufacturers are gearing up to put Vista on Core Duo computers.

it'll be fine, it's your RAM that may need a tweek... although if you go too the core duo part of http://www.microsoft.com you can get some faq's there! core duo (best current) will obviously not perform as well as newer nore expensive products due soon, and such!
