Does anyone else constantly feel like they need to be eating?

My stomach hurts when I am not eating something- I constantly need to be snacking on something or I feel nauseous. Does anyone else that is pregnant feel this way too? Have you tried anything else that might curb the nauseous feeling without having to eat something constantly to curb it. I am 9 weeks.

I know the feeling!

What usually helps me is drinking lots of water. It's easy for your body to get confused about whether it's really hungry or thirsty, so drink up! You're less likely to overeat. I also eat several small meals throughout the day, instead of just three large meals. When I do get hungry in between meals, I have a small snack. Some fruit slices, a granola bar (or two!), some yogurt... Just something that will fill my belly a bit to tide me over to the next meal.

u r reading my mind and yes its normal. i feel the exact same way, but if u dont want to gain alot of weight eat crackers and fruit and veggies when u feel the snack feeling coming on and also try to eat just 5 small meals a day too.
