Right click "Start up" left click " Explorer" and you should find the Cookies folder in the list on the left, now all you have to do is to know which one you do not need ???. You could take them all out, it will not do any harm , it may take a little longer to find a page you like the first time but the cookies will come back. You should also install " Ad-Aware SE personal " to help trace and destroy that sort of stuff, you can download it free from the net.

To delete the cookies you have accumulated, do the following:

Go to Tools on the Toolbar. Select Internet Options and then select the Delete Cookies Button. This might take a few minutes if you have accumulated a lot of cookies. Then select the Delete Files Button (this deletes temporary Internet files). Do this twice once for the regular files, then go back and check the box for offline content. Again, this might take a few minutes. Then select the Button that says Clear History. After all this hit OK and you're finished. I hope this helps! I also set the number of days in History to "0".

These tracking cookes will keep coming back as you will probably open the same webpage where they came from or other webpage. All you have to do is open Internet Explorer, msn or yahoo and you will get a tracking cookie, or log on cookie.

Go to tools at the top of your screen and then "Internet Options" then click on the "privacy" tab.. in there you can set the cookies.

you keep getting the same cookies because you keep going to the same web sites - don't get too stressed about tracking cookies, they are not harmful and there's a lot of far worse stuff out there to worry about - cookies are there for a reason and they make browsing a lot simpler in the majority of cases
