I don't understand why i get this message.

Some web sites are poorly created and contain errors. This is why you see the message pop up.

As the other answerer has said, you can remove this by selecting the 'Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)' and 'Disable Script Debugging (Other)'.

To find these options, you go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options ...' from this menu.
A window should appear, and you need to select the tab that is named 'Advanced'. It is the last one on the right.
Look for the category named 'Browsing' and the 4th and 5th entries should be named 'Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)' and 'Disable Script Debugging (Other)' respectively.

Make sure these have a tick next to them.
Click on the 'Ok' button, and the messages should not appear again.

because you need to check the box that says disable script debugging tools internet options advanced
