My mensturation date was 4th Sep, I did not have my periods till 27th Oct, neither did I got my pregnancy test,I was considering having pregnancy test when I started bleeding (27th Oct) its , I presumed it was delayed periods although I usually have my periods on date a couple od days earlier.....its been 11 days, on third day bleeding was heavy, afterwards quite light / spotting. Today I passed tissue??? I did not experience any significant pain or anything unusual....Now I suspect that I have had a miscarriage....please advise....

They say that most women have miscarrages and dont even notice. It is very possible that you did. It could have also just been a clot, or something in your uterus. It's hard to say for sure. But the possibility is always there. Sorry to hear about that sweetie. Best Wishes.

I'm sorry to say this but it does sound like u had a miscarriage and I'm very sorry about that
the only way to know for sure is to see you doctor and have a test, not everyone that has a miscarriage has any pain i know i didn't it was just like a normally period but a lot heavier and i lost some kind of tissues which is the lining of the uterus which the egg would of been attached to

it could ahve been hun or just a really bad period go to the doctors and get checked out because if you were pregnant and did have a miscarriage a doctor can still tell you. and also its good to go get checked out because if you did have a miscarriage and there is tissue left in there you could get an infection
