The plastic tray is screwed to the bottom of the refridgerator, how do I remove it?

Are you absolutely sure? There should be a tray that is free to take out.. If not, use a shop vac to clean it out.

The drain pan underneath? not screwed, other trays snap out

unscrew the screws counter-clockwise
