Yes. Because there is no formal declaration of war, it is nearly impossible to fight terrorists without risking innocent civilian lives. This results in wars being fought in the wrong areas, or with the wrong people.

Terrorism is a threat to world peace, yes.

However, you have to ask yourself; what is the CAUSE of all these terrorist activities? Have you considered the occupation of the Palestinians by the Israelis? That more civilians have died now in Iraq, since Bush began the war, than under Saddam?

the difficulty is they'd't be dealt with. The deal that could please them might basically be one selection: What they % is the destruction of Israel (that's what Hamas needs, and extremely almost another Muslim on the face of the earth, quite lots). they do no longer % Israel to exist. this is the total purpose. The U.S. help of Israel is going hand in hand with the destruction of Israel, because of the fact without that, Israel does no longer exist. The purpose isn't inevitably changing all human beings to Islam, in spite of the undeniable fact that some communities use that as a rallying cry. yet, if Israel have been destroyed, and the Jews have been the two killed or flushed from the area, there does no longer be as huge of an argument between them and us. the difficulty that all human beings interior the international has with those communities are their strategies. somewhat of conversing peacefully, somewhat of sitting down at a table, agreeing, and keeping their supplies, there is often some enthusiast that then is going out, after the peace accords are made, and targets civilians and blows him or herself up, alongside with 20-50 civilians (adult males, females, and young ones), interior the call of Allah for the total reason of destroying Israel. they're coaching their toddlers hatred of the Jews, and in many techniques are lots worse than the Nazis ever have been. focused on civilians with rockets additionally qualifies Hezbollah as a terrorist team.
