If i agreed with the majority of their policies. Don't know if you have heard of Bonnie Frank from MA. Guess what he's gay! Guess what he is the only elected official that I know of that would have the pages actually call and poll people in his district to see how they wanted him to vote? Imagine that and he would vote the way of the majority. An elected official being the voice of the people. Just because someones sexual preference doesn't live up to moral codes doesn't mean they are bad politician

If the person is a reputable, respected candidate that appeals to me. Yes I would vote for that person.

Depends on how they stand on other issues.

If it's their belief that the government needs to get off of our backs and out of our wallets and out of our bedrooms, then I'll vote for them.

But if they believe that the government should be running everything in my life (but shouldn't ask who they sleep with) then sorry, no way.

No, I would never vote for a gay person. Gays dont have any business deciding things that affects families. I only vote for straight people. Family People! I dont want someone who is mentally sick to represent my state, or country!

No cause I vote STRAIGHT republican... and I am sure that those who voted for Foley didnt know he was that sick. One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch though. overall I think the Republican party is a decent party that wants to do what is right for our nation. Thanks for the question

Sure, as long as I agreed with he or she on the other issues. Who cares what people do in their bedrooms.
