Gas: $40 (if you cook)
Water: $50
Telephone: min $25 for fixed home line, if your usage is high total around $50
Cable/TV: We have free local programs, for cable is around $20 onwards depending on how many channels you have
Food-Veg-Self Cooking: $100-$200 per month
Local Transport: $100
As for taxes i am not so sure, but i would say if you want to save S$1750, then your pay should be at least S$2500 and above

At least U need to look at salary range of S$4000/- and above, provided you're work pass holder and need not contribute to CPF. Otherwise, you should look for S$5000/- and above.
