I lost my only son at the age of 25 - his name was Stephen, I was, at the time co-parenting my 2 granddaughters with him, following the break-up of his marriage. In 1987 he was killed by a careless driver - an exchange student from Japan. This young man received a $90. fine... and walked.... my life changed FOREVER... I have asked myself that question a million times, especially when events occur that trigger the lost of my only child, the father of my two beautiful granddaughters, now 22 & 24 - the question will be in my mind until the Creator calls me home... Great question, but it might be too difficult for some people to answer . I did ... its a good healing, Thank You... and I pray you will never be burdened with a "what if" question in your life.
