Sosa, Bonds, Giambi, Sheffield, Palmiero are all pretty well busted. There is little doubt about any of these guys. Same with a number of less well known players like Grimsley who was also busted using HG.
Guys that just scream steroid use are
Derek Lee and Frank Thomas. Especially Derek Lee. People don't suddenly learn how to hit at 29 years old. Not with at least five years in the majors, five pretty miserable years batting wise. Thomas mostly from the kinds of injuries he suffers. Reminds me of McGwire and Canseco. The inconsistancy also being a possible sign of getting on and off steroids.
I don't know enough about Howard to say. Delgado has raised a few suspicions. Luis Gonzales and Shawn Green's sudden rise then decline is supicious. One day thier both average players, then for a few years they hit like superman then they are back to average players. Kind of suggests a Cammineti syndrome. Camminetti an admited steroid user suddenly became a star after he got juiced.
I would say most stars today would be smart enough to not use steroids during the season. Many may be using them in off season regimes. They bulk up big. Come into the season strong then rely on normal weight lifting to carry through the year. Those kinds of players are going ot be hard to spot as lots of players have schitzo splits. Some are notorious about it.
I would be very surprised if Pudge were on steroids. That doesn't sound like Pudge. Longevity is not a typical hallmark of steroids. Many players like McGwire probably hurt thier careers using steroids. The injuries doing more damage than the benifits of steroid use. Too early to tell with Ryan Howard.
What I personally support is that any player who is in top 20 in a major stat should be tested every week they are in the top 20. Every player when they show up for spring training should be tested and every player should again be tested at the all star break. Inbetween random tests on at least five players on every team every week. That would end steroid use in a hurry. Also saving samples for when they come up with an HG test would do a great deal to elimanate HG use.
This is important for many reasons. Trust being one of the biggest. In ten years these athletes are going to start keeling over right and left from Steroid related cancers. The same types of cancers that first brought steroids under fire and got it banned in most other pro sports. Many of the records are going to be long contested. I am one of many that think Bonds, McGwire and Sosa's HR stats should be removed from the record books. I also feel that anyone caught using steroids should be banned from the HOF. While it is hard to compare stats from various eras. When you add steroids then the stats become meaningless. Records lose all significance. Might as well allow bionic limbs and robots on the field if your going to allow steroid users like McGwire, Bonds, Sosa, Palmiero to keep thier records and stats.

If you want more answers to this question, maybe you should ask what players do your think are not juiced. That list is shorter.

Oh let's see:
Gary Sheffield (was at least)
Jason Giambi (has to be)
Ryan Howard (a possibility, but more talent than anything else)
Albert Pujols (You wonder but like Howard, more talent than anything else)
