What speed is it that you mean ?
If u mean ur Internet speed, then my suggestion is to upgrade to a faster package of ur Internet Service provider.

However, if your problem is about your PC which is very slow, then it would be better if you upgrade ur RAM (Random Access Memory)

Loading what? please be precise with your question.. some programmes do take a lot of time to load, compared to others.. case in point.. `JRE' (Java Runtime Environment)
