It's from a 1989 car -- meaning not a light truck. (That's what AE tells us.) I didn't find a reference to an AA-13, but the E9AE-6015-AA-12 351(5.8 liter) Windsor engine was used in several cars, including the Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor, but can't help you much more than than. If you google the code number under special search, but without -AA-13 you will find a couple of references.
I'm assuming you are in the USA? The 351W and also the Cleveland were also used in Australia at that time.

Is hard to say. Is this a fuel injected motor? Or carbureted? I assume off hand that it would've came from an F-150, or E-150 van. Or even a Bronco.
