RAM is measured in MB (Mega Bytes). Processor speed is measured in MHz (Mega Hertz)
Right-click on 'My Computer' icon, select 'Properties' from the menu that appears. This will open a new window which will show you the needed information about your PC.

It is hard to find out, you could download a program that tells you information about your systems hardware, or you can turn off your computer, take off the case or side panel and take the ram out, there should be a label on the side of your ram.
